Among pertinent legislations, we apply the guidelines contained in the Brazilian Criminal Code, the Anti-Corruption Law - Act No. 12,846/2013 and Decree No. 8,420 of March 18, 2015, as well as international legislation, including the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
Annually, all employees are trained to prevent and combat the practice of corruption and bribery.
