That is why we promote the Internal Week of Workplace Accident Prevention (SIPAT), an initiative that aims to raise awareness among our employees about the importance of safe practices in the workplace.

The SIPAT week was marked by a diversified schedule of activities that involved presentations, lectures, and group dynamics. Throughout the week, our employees had the opportunity to learn more about the main safety standards at work, physical and mental health, to clarify doubts, and to share experiences with colleagues.
And to wrap up the week on a high note, we held an event on April 15th at the Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon in Rio de Janeiro. Our employees gathered in a relaxed environment, with music, healthy food, and drinks to celebrate the results achieved throughout the week. It was a moment of integration, where our employees could unwind and have fun, but without neglecting their commitment to health and safety.
